I just finished the game. It has a lot of content, the game is very good, I highly recommend it. I'm just going to report these bugs that I found, I had to edit the save to be able to do these missions:
I can no longer talk to Claire and Dr. Camila Lawson for the Dirty Secrets Misplaced quest, even after I finished the Clinic Feminization storyline by siding with Benett.
I tried the reset button to restart the Clinic mission in the trainer, but it didn't work.
The button to reset Cedric's story is not clickable.
When Shelly comes to hug us in the library, there are no clickable buttons on the screen.
The Ash doesn't appear in the EC club.
Even when you go to the gallery exhibition at the end of the mission An Adventure in Fashion, she calls you the next day complaining that you didn't go to the gallery.
An interesting game with quite a lot content. Sadly something about the engine and keeping state is deeply broken. It's enough to leave the browser open for half an hour and not interact with the game to lose all progress and break most of the available actions. This combined with no way (that I could find) to save/load and not offline linux/Mac-versions means I either play it without break or never get any progress.
So I can't start the game as it requires microsoft visual C++ but the 2017 version. Since I have a much more recent version I can't downgrad and the game just doesn't want to load up.

I was playing the free version in browser and i am not able to run an errand for the synousiae. it just goes to a blank page with no text or links
